We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may arrange to return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for information on our returns policy.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All return items must be in a new and unworn condition with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item please e-mail customer service at returns@luxlis.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

*Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will contact you to process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.
